Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and travel as needed.
• Able to work weekends and extended hours with some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry leading client service experience in-person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations.
• Cross-sell and refer more complex needs to internal specialists.
• Support branch sales targets and participate in leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge meetings to improve performance.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Engage clients with courteous conversations during transactions.
