You may be assigned to a home branch but could cover other nearby branches; the role emphasizes relationship building, cross-selling, and a positive, compliant banking experience for every member.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with members across channels to identify needs and opportunities.
• Meets members for basic transactions and more complex financial planning.
• Maintains knowledge of Navigator's products and services, including mobile banking.
• Performs cross-selling to expand member relationships.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures.
• Supports team and branch coverage as needed.
