Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Financial Consultant at the Southside Branch to help members achieve their financial goals through a consultative approach. You will open and close accounts, educate members on products, and refer to specialized departments as needed.

This role requires 3–5 years of related experience and a High School Diploma or GED. You’ll support the Teller line, handle transactions accurately, and deliver exceptional service in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial needs using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Educate members on value-added products/services and open/close accounts.
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed.
• Support the Teller line when necessary.
• Process transactions accurately per policies and laws.
