Job summary

Landmark Credit Union is seeking a Personal Financial Officer to support members with a broad range of financial needs, including deposit and lending solutions, loan origination, and guiding members through the application and closing process.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and focuses on opening deposit relationships, processing home equity loan applications, and maintaining documentation. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with customer service or sales experience (2+ years preferred).
• Teller or lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works loan pipelines and ensures required loan documentation is obtained.
• Opens deposit products and services; originates consumer loans.
• Cross-sells accounts and loans, including referrals to Landmark Investment Center.
• Sells GAP and Payment Protection to members.
• Provides required disclosures to applicants.
• Resolves member issues and responds to inquiries.
• Educates members on available automated systems and sets them up.
