Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial services and customer service principles.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Symitar core is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years credit union experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide courteous, professional service.
• Open personal and business accounts and educate members on services.
• Act as a financial advisor to members and explain loan options.
• Assist with IRA certificates, CDs, and related banking products.
• Process loan applications and manage related documentation.
• Support a wide range of member services and cross-sell products.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, text, or email promptly.
• Travel to other branches as needed and maintain security.
