Job summary

Citizens Bank in Andover, MA is seeking a Teller who will greet customers in the lobby, demonstrate the mobile app and ATMs, and help with simple transactions. You’ll deliver a welcoming, helpful experience to support customers’ financial needs.

You’ll provide personalized advice to help customers reach their goals, follow all policies, and connect customers with Bankers for the next steps. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• 6 months experience processing transactions.
• 1 year customer experience recommending products and services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital technology to support goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities
