Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in the moment.
• Educate customers via digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers in lobby and address immediate needs with ownership.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; coordinate with banking partners as needed.
• Handle branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM and wire transfers.
• Maintain compliance with AML/KYC procedures and risk controls.
• Promote M&T Bank brand and support a welcoming branch environment.
