Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead customer service efforts and ensure regulatory excellence across our Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, and Cash Store brands.

You will act as a brand ambassador, manage daily operations, and support financial product transactions with accuracy. You will educate customers on product options, resolve issues, and uphold our values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency, and focus while working in a fast-paced retail setting in

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling experience.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, District Director of Operations, and corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with regulations and procedures.
• Process transactions per company policy including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports; resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Complete customer verifications to validate information presented.
• Adhere to federal/state regulations and company policies; complete compliance trainings.
