Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by presenting product options and meeting needs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to store manager or district leadership.
• Answer phone inquiries and process general customer requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and compliance calls under regulations.
• Handle currency, manage cash drawer, deposits, and cash handling workflows.
• Balance receipts and resolve discrepancies at day’s end.
• Verify customer information and complete transactions per policy.
• Support compliance trainings and other duties as assigned.
