CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Milwaukee to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure regulatory compliance across financial products. You will educate customers, handle cash operations, and coordinate with store leadership to resolve issues while maintaining the company’s values.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and reliable transportation. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment supporting Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district leadership when necessary.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally to customers and explain possible solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle and count currency, manage a cash drawer, and assist with deposits as required.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct customer verifications and process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
