Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Milwaukee to help deliver outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance across our Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store brands. You will act as a front-line brand ambassador and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer education, cash handling, and adherence to federal regulations while supporting a team and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications or other requests.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, and deposits with accuracy.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure transactions comply with company policy and regulatory requirements.
