Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Milwaukee, WI to act as a front-line brand ambassador and drive outstanding service while ensuring regulatory excellence.

You will manage daily transactions, educate customers on loan and cash-advanced options, and support store operations with strong communication and cash-handling skills. Responsibilities include customer engagement, issue escalation, and accurate processing of transactions, with adherence to federal and state laws

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process inquiries or applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Respond professionally and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process all transactions accurately per company policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings timely and accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
