Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in financial sales environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate PC skills; MS Office and Windows required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong math abilities.
• Ability to work extended hours including Saturdays.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of DCFCU products and services.
• Greet members, build rapport, and assist with needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, money orders, cashier’s checks, and transfers.
• Verify member identity to prevent fraud.
• Open and maintain accounts; assist with inquiries; resolve issues.
• Handle loan applications; prepare for underwriting and funding.
• Support branch sales by cross-selling products.
• Monitor income/expenses and support branch profitability.
• Follow Credit Union policies and procedures; complete BSA training.
• Assist other departments as needed.
