Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
6 months of lending experience preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Excellent organizational and detail orientation.
PC literate with Word, Access and Excel.
Strong oral and written communication.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to build relationships with members and dealers.
Multi-task oriented.

Responsibilities

Review files and perform a pre-audit of loan documents to determine readiness to close.
Verify residency and income information before funding.
Ensure underwriting conditions are met prior to funding.
Conduct phone interviews to assess authenticity of transactions.
Communicate errors to dealer/applicant by mail/phone.
Reconcile general ledgers for dealer reserves and indirect lending.
Verify applicant via EFunds/FIS.
Follow up with dealers for missing documents.
Prepare dealer loan packages for final approval and funding.
Perform new account openings and related tasks.
Mail required disclosures to members.
Cross-sell additional products by mail/phone.
Assist with indirect/consumer lending inquiries.
Compile daily tracking reports and monthly lending reports.
Other duties as assigned by management.
