Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an unlicensed Financial Services Representative to leverage strong customer service and problem-solving skills to assist clients with stock portfolios. The company will sponsor training and pay for Series 7 and 63 licenses.

You will field inbound inquiries, educate clients on Morgan Stanley's advantages, and identify opportunities to expand services while maintaining a high standard of integrity. A hybrid work setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Provide outstanding customer service by identifying needs and offering best solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley's advantages and potential products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying opportunities.
