Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an unlicensed Financial Services Representative to assist clients via inbound calls and learn the stock market basics. The company will fund training to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses, and support a hybrid work schedule.

You will develop client relationships, identify product opportunities, and work toward sales goals while maintaining high ethical standards and participating in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent; 1 year of work experience may substitute 1 year of education.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley's competitive advantages and products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
