• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed.
• Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
