Morgan Stanley is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our client-focused team. This role is unlicensed but provides a clear path to licensing through company-supported training for Series 7 and 63.

You will handle inbound calls, educate clients about investment options, and identify opportunities to grow the relationship while maintaining high integrity and compliance with our Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days a week in office.
• Must be flexible to work a hybrid schedule and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantages and products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
