Job summary

KeyPoint Credit Union in San Jose, CA is seeking a Financial Service Representative II to support growth by building member relationships and delivering consultative service across deposits, loans and new accounts.

You will assist with complex inquiries including residential and consumer loans, fiduciary accounts, and referrals to Wealth Management and Commercial Banking. This role involves on-site work at member locations and cross-training teammates to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in member services, cash handling, loans and operations.
• Ability to work established hours.
• Strong organization and communication skills; team oriented.
• NMLS certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Achieves minimum Sales goals as established by management.
• Assess member loan needs from start to finish including loan type, application, and closing.
• Build member relationships and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of all Key Point Credit Union products, services, procedures and compliance regulations.
• Participate in achieving individual and team sales & referral goals monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and balance cash drawer; perform end-of-day procedures.
• Support cross-branch coverage as needed.
