Job summary

Cal Coast Credit Union is seeking a Personal Financial Rep to provide exceptional member service while actively cross-selling financial products. You will open new accounts, process loans, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer focus, and teamwork in a supportive environment. The position reports to the supervisor and may serve as a backup to tellers, handling cash duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PFR I: 1 year experience in a financial institution or related field.
• PFR II: 2 years experience in a financial institution (with 1 of the 2 years as a PFR) or related field plus proven sales and service performance.
• PFR III: 3 years experience in a financial institution (with 2 of the 3 years as a PFR) or related field plus proven sales and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed monthly sales and service goals.
• Opens new accounts with accurate documentation and cross-sells CCCU products.
• Processes consumer and real estate loans and ensures documentation accuracy.
