Responsibilities

• Assist members in establishing account relationships using in-branch, telephone, and email channels.
• Respond to member inquiries and evaluate needs, directing to appropriate resources.
• Maintain knowledge of bank channels to promote ATM/Debit, Alkami, mobile banking and bill pay.
• Own customer problems and ensure effective resolution and satisfaction.
• Meet member service and retention goals and support branch operations as needed.
• Interview loan applicants, explain options, rates and terms, and close loans on approval.
