Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for member interactions.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Automated Lending is a plus.
• NMLS registration should be applied for and maintained per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account relationships and product inquiries across in-branch, phone, and email channels.
• Respond to member inquiries, assess needs, and guide them to appropriate solutions.
• Maintain proficiency with bank channels, ATM/Debit usage, Alkami platform, and mobile banking.
• Demonstrate ownership of member issues and ensure timely, satisfactory resolutions.
• Support branch operations, including balancing, training, and procedures adherence.
• Process consumer loan interviews, explain options, rates, and terms, and close upon approval.
