CommonWealth Central Credit Union in San Jose, CA is seeking a full-time Financial Services Representative to guide members through financial wellness, open memberships, accounts and loans, and assist with online banking inquiries.

The ideal candidate has six months to two years of related experience, strong customer service, and excellent verbal and written communication, with preference for prior credit union or banking background; pay ranges $27.25 to $34.05 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
• Experience with processing loans.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Prior experience in a credit union or bank preferred.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill members’ financial needs through discussions of financial wellness.
• Assist members with all transactions, including opening memberships, accounts and loans.
• Assist members with online banking inquiries.
• Interview and process members’ loans; cross-sell payment protection products.
• Perform outreach activities as part of the new member onboarding process.
• Provide exceptional member service through financial wellness discussions and support.
