Job summary

AlphaSense is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant focused on Financial Services to partner with Account Executives and drive value during new business cycles through tailored demos and evaluations.

You will build use cases across Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, and Hedge Funds, engaging with senior clients to translate needs into actionable product opportunities. This role requires strong presentation skills and a consultative, autonomous approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Financial Services role or supporting Financial Services clients in a fintech/SaaS setup.
• Demonstrated interest in Generative AI for finance and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong executive presence with ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfort with evaluating and facilitating on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
• Autonomy and ownership mindset to drive workflow transformation in large financial firms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to drive commercial outcomes and oversee product evaluations.
• Build and curate Financial Services use cases by understanding client research workflows and pain points.
• Engage with investment professionals to understand challenges and demonstrate value through evaluations.
• Translate client feedback into product and content improvement requests.
