Job summary

Mercer Advisors in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Service Operations Associate I to support the Client Service team with accurate paperwork, money movements, and account maintenance. You will work in a centralized queue to ensure timely processing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to four years in a financial services/office customer-service environment.
• Experience handling paperwork, money movement, and client servicing is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (prefer Salesforce) and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation accurately.
• Execute wires, ACH transfers, and journal entries per policy.
• Monitor centralized service queue and resolve requests promptly.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and custodial platforms.
