Job summary

Mercer Advisors is hiring a Service Operations Associate I in Raleigh, NC. You will support the Client Service department by handling paperwork, money movements, account maintenance, and custodial interactions in a centralized queue to ensure accurate, timely processing.

This non-client-facing role complements Relationship Managers, maintains compliance, and advances through increasing levels (Associate II/III).

Qualifications

• Two to four years of job-related experience.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• Office environment with customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation with accuracy.
• Execute money movement requests (wires, ACH, journal entries) per policies.
• Monitor and manage service requests in a centralized queue; escalate as needed.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and custodial platforms.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors to support service delivery.
