Job summary

Mercer Advisors in Boston, MA is seeking a Service Operations Associate I to support the Client Service department with administrative and transactional tasks, including paperwork, money movement, account maintenance, and custodial interactions.

You’ll work in a centralized queue, partner with Relationship Managers, ensure compliance, and contribute to process improvements. Base pay ranges and benefits are provided; standard hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with potential longer hours.

Qualifications

• Two to Four years of job related experience.
• Financial services industry required.
• Office environment with customer service experience is helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork, forms and documentation accurately.
• Execute money movement requests (wires, ACH, journal entries).
• Monitor centralized service queue and ensure timely resolutions; escalate when needed.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and custodial platforms.
• Collaborate with custodians and internal teams to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery.
