Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Newark, NJ, is looking for a Desktop Support Consultant to deliver responsive end-user tech support across desktop, mobile, and collaboration platforms. This role partners with Technology Services and Security teams to resolve incidents and enable a productive workspace in a fast-paced financial environment.

The position provides Tier 1 and 2 support, manages SLAs, and helps deploy Microsoft 365 services while supporting Bloomberg/FactSet tools and conference

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 3+ years in desktop support in an enterprise Windows environment.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and policy mgmt.
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 end-user support via ticketing, phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and peripheral issues.
• Manage incidents per SLAs, document and escalate as needed.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Configure devices, applications, and endpoint security; maintain inventory.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and AV/UC support.
• Participate in security-related operational activity and knowledge base creation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and office moves as required.
