Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Must embody core values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency, and focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store management or corporate offices if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle and count currency and manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Complete compliance trainings and required certifications.
