Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will ensure outstanding customer service, educate customers on products, and support regulatory excellence across store operations.

The role involves handling cash, processing transactions, and coordinating with management to resolve issues while maintaining a compliant, customer-first environment in our Texas stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License with insurance

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or higher leadership when necessary.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Handle currency and cash drawer, count cash deposits, and balance receipts.
• Process all transactions accurately per company policy, including loans and check cashing; ensure regulatory compliance.
