Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence while supporting store operations and compliance.

The role requires strong cash handling, customer service, and communication skills, with travel within the district and occasional overnight travel. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have own transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and present options to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office as needed.
• Handle calls and respond to inquiries; perform outbound sales and collections per regulations.
• Interact with customers with active listening; resolve complaints professionally.
• Receive cash and balance drawer; prepare deposits; complete end-of-day reconciliations.
• Verify customer information and process transactions per policy; ensure compliance.
