Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Client Value Executive for Financial Services. This remote, client-facing role partners with Client Executives to drive client satisfaction, implement products, and identify revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You will report to the Sales Manager and may attend in-person events as needed. The role emphasizes relationship management, collaboration with industry executives and product teams, and ownership of client deliverables using Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 2+ years of sales and account management experience with a track record of client relationships.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations to support customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Executives to manage and grow client relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Support business development with Industry Executives and product teams to identify opportunities.
• Drive product adoption and resolve usage gaps for clients and ongoing support.
• Expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell while maintaining data integrity and reporting.
