Morgan Stanley in Sarasota, FL seeks a Registered Client Service Associate to support client relationships and help grow the business by leveraging the firm’s capabilities and services. This role requires understanding firm policies to deliver the full firm to clients.

Responsibilities include onboarding and maintaining client accounts, processing money movements and estate needs, inputting orders, and preparing client materials for meetings in collaboration with Financial Advisors.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 required, or Series 63 and 65.
• Strong writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and timely responses.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect documentation, process money movements and estate needs.
• Input orders and discuss reinvestments with clients under advisor direction.
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for client meetings.
