Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate in Florida to support client relationships, onboard accounts, and process requests. You will work with Financial Advisors to deliver the full firm experience, including guiding clients to Morgan Stanley Online and other digital tools.

The role requires active securities licenses (Series 7/66/63/65 as stated) and 2+ years of industry experience, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and exceptional client service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Active Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
Two or more years of industry experience preferred
High School Diploma/Equivalency
College degree preferred

Responsibilities

Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and handling requests
Input orders and discuss reinvestment options with Financial Advisors
Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for client meetings
Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting documentation and processing money movements
Support marketing strategy and client events
Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors
