Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate in Sarasota, FL, to elevate client care and support the growth of the business. You will work with Financial Advisors to manage client accounts, process requests, and deliver a high standard of service.

The role requires Series licenses, strong client-service skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial products while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalency; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication with clients, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance and ensuring documentation is current.
• Identify and assist with firm services and solutions including banking products and secure digital offerings like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect information, assess risk, process money movement and handle estate needs.
• Input orders and discuss reinvestment options and corporate actions with clients.
