Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65).
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/Equivalency; College degree preferred.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and handling inquiries.
• Process client requests, onboarding, and documentation maintenance.
• Promote and support digital platforms like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, assess risk, and process money movements.
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for meetings.
• Support Financial Advisors with marketing, events, and client communications.
• Perform administrative duties to support Advisors and field teams.
