Morgan Stanley in Florida seeks a Registered Client Relationship Analyst to deliver exceptional client service and support Financial Advisor teams daily. You will build trusted client relationships through regular contact and a client-first approach, assisting with everyday needs and account information.

Responsibilities include client support, administrative tasks, onboarding new accounts, processing money movements, and preparing materials for meetings.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) is preferred.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products and client account basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional service to clients and support FAs/PWAs/teams daily.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients or FA/PWA/team.
• Answer non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect required documentation.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools and platforms.
• Assist with research and materials for client meetings.
• Handle administrative tasks including calendar management and expense reports.
• Support marketing efforts and coordination of client engagements.
