Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate in the Tampa area to support client relationships, process requests, and promote firm services. You will collaborate with Financial Advisors to onboard accounts, process transactions, and prepare client materials.

The role emphasizes strong client service, compliance with industry regulations, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior licensing and financial product knowledge are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred
• High School Diploma/Equivalency
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication, processing requests and resolving inquiries
• Identify and assist with Firm services and digital offerings to support clients' needs
• Onboard and maintain client accounts including documentation, risk assessment and money movement
• Input orders and discuss reinvestment options with Financial Advisors
• Prepare financial plans and client reports for meetings
• Review and act on client account alerts
