• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (80%): review travel reimbursements, process vouchers, assist with Emburse and PCards, monitor internal controls.
• Accounts Receivable (10%): issue and track invoices, reconcile with cash receipts, assist with online payments.
• Administrative Support (10%): front‑office duties, organize records, support accounting interns, provide customer service.
