Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ability to learn Ellucian Banner and Argos quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and information on Student Accounts to students, staff, parents, and community members via multiple channels.
• Post incoming payments promptly and accurately, including scholarships receivables.
• Process payments through remote deposits and maintain audit-ready backups.
• Maintain tuition tables and ensure accurate student billing.
• Assist with 1098-T tax form production and distribution.
• Manage and reconcile billing entries from campus-related charges.
• Review waivers for health insurance charges and bill third-party sponsors as needed.
• Support annual financial audit preparation and comply with policies.
• Use Argos to produce accounts receivable reports and update desk procedures.
