Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience; internships may be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience or internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred.
• Previous contact center experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to maintain professionalism during customer interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to meet established performance metrics and deadlines.
• Contract duration of 6-12 months with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and position availability.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls related to customer inquiries and account support.
• Provide accurate and efficient responses while meeting established department performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow established procedures and workflows when addressing customer inquiries.
• Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Manage multiple customer interactions and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers throughout each interaction.
