Job summary

Russell Tobin is recruiting a Customer Support Representative in Columbus, OH for a leading financial services firm. The role begins with 4–5 weeks of fully remote training, followed by a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls about brokerage accounts, assisting with Cash Management products, enabling online account access, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment while working with the team on system

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding brokerage accounts with accuracy and professionalism.

• Handle general account inquiries, financial questions, and service-related requests.
• Maintain high service standards and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
