Responsibilities

• Provide retirement account support to financial advisors and branch employees.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to questions related to retirement accounts, IRA products, contributions, distributions, and retirement tax.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships while providing a high level of service.
• Research and resolve client questions using internal and external resources and systems.
• Follow established procedures to route processing requests to appropriate teams.
• Escalate complex inquiries for additional research and resolution.
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting team and department service goals.
