• Ability to operate standard office equipment.

• Willingness to travel to other locations as necessary for branch coverage.

• Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with policies.
• Responds to clients’ needs and inquiries in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Performs minor account maintenance tasks as trained.
• Refers customers to internal experts when goals are identified.
• Educates clients on bank technology, such as mobile and online banking.
• Assists branch and team members by achieving goals and sharing tasks.
• Ensures safe banking practices and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in opening and closing the branch per procedures.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
