Job summary

Uline Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist in Waukegan, IL. This role processes customer payments, resolves discrepancies, and maintains key accounting reports to ensure accurate account balances.

The position offers 15–20 hours per week with pay ranging from $25 to $27 per hour, and is an on-site role at 2200 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan. Prior AR or banking experience is a plus, and frontend systems experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong communication and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.

Required Availability: Monday and Friday; Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.
