Uline Inc. is hiring a Cash Applications/Financial Operations Specialist in Waukegan, IL to ensure accurate processing of customer payments and maintain balance integrity across the North American business.

The role supports the finance team with reconciliations, data entry, and discrepancy resolution while upholding strict accuracy and timeliness. Key duties include processing checks and electronic payments, reviewing third-party payment data, and generating department reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
