Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping materials, is hiring a Cash Applications Specialist in Waukegan, IL. You will process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions to ensure account accuracy.

You'll research payment discrepancies, maintain department reports, and collaborate with third-party partners to match payments to accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
