Job summary

TransPerfect Financial Services is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships in the Financial Services sector across North America.

You will engage banks, insurers, wealth managers, and fintechs, serving as the primary contact from prospecting to close, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outsourcing, AI, localization, and multilingual support solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Proven sales lifecycle experience - lead generation through business closing.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, yellow pages, directories.
• Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data (names, titles, phone numbers, addresses).
• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated spreadsheets.
• Cold call prospective clients.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
• Educate clients regarding the translation process, including TransPerfect’s rates and turnaround times.
• Coordinate with production to ensure jobs are handled with attention to detail and quality.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery and service.
