Qualifications

• 0–2 years of banking experience required.
• Experience handling cash required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software required; Cleartouch, Nautilus, government and investor portals preferred; CRM preferred.
• Driver's license required for float positions.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by processing transactions and handling account maintenance; answers inquiries in person and by phone; follows up with customers as needed.
• Operates Teller window; maintains cash limits; follows branch procedures to ensure compliance; escalates complex issues to higher levels.
• Opens and closes basic accounts and services with accuracy; cross-sells products; supports higher-level bankers with complex openings and sales as needed.
• Keeps up to date with policies, procedures, and systems including Digital Banking and online service procedures.
• Performs basic opening/closing duties; assists with back-office tasks; follows safety and security protocols; escalates issues as needed.
• May float to other branches as needed.
