Job summary

F&M Trust is seeking a customer-focused Floating Financial Services Representative (FSR) to support multiple branch locations throughout Franklin County. This role offers variety, with daily interaction across several offices, allowing you to build relationships and gain banking knowledge.

You will deliver excellent service, handle standard banking transactions, and collaborate with branch teams. Training and development opportunities accompany this full-time position with potential referrals

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service during each interaction.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers and other banking transactions accurately.
Assist customers with questions about accounts, services and banking solutions.
Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities for products and services that fit their needs.
Maintain accuracy while balancing cash and completing daily tasks.
Travel between Franklin County branch locations as needed.
Adapt quickly to different office environments and team dynamics.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
